If you believe you can change your eating habits you will. That’s the conclusion of a new Australian study that analyzed data on the diet, exercise, and personality types of over 7,000 people. Researchers found that those who believe in ‘faith’ or ‘luck’ are more likely to live an unhealthy life. But those who believe they can change their lives through their own actions tend to eat healthier, exercise more, smoke less, and avoid binge drinking.
